Eligibility: Returns & refunds must be initiated within 7 days after delivery with proof of purchase from Supermama Lab Philippines.ย
Condition:
- Breastfeeding & Hygiene Products (e.g. pumps, milk warmers, flanges): Not returnable once opened or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Non-Hygiene Products (e.g. storage bags, cooler bags): Returnable if unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
Process: Contact us with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue with supporting photos/videos. Our team will then assess and get back to you in 1-2 business days.
