Breastfeeding & Hygiene Products (e.g. pumps, milk warmers, flanges): Not returnable once opened or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Non-Hygiene Products (e.g. storage bags, cooler bags): Returnable if unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
