Returns Policy
We want you to be confident in every purchase from Supermama Lab. While returns are sometimes necessary, our policy varies depending on the type of product due to hygiene and safety considerations.

1. Breastfeeding & Hygiene Products
These include:
- Breast pumps
- Milk warmers
- Flanges, valves, bottles used in feeding
Other items that come into contact with breast milk or the body
For health and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned once opened or used. Here's why:
🔒 Hygiene and Safety Concerns
- Breast milk is nutrient-rich and can carry bacteria or viruses.
- Returning used items could pose a risk to other families.
👶 Highly Personal Use
- These products are selected based on your unique needs.
- Once used, they may not be suitable or safe for resale.
📝 Our approach is consistent with major platforms like Shopee and Lazada, which also restrict returns for personal hygiene products.
2. Non-Hygiene Products
These include:
- Milk storage bags (unopened)
- Cooler bags
- Other accessories that don’t directly contact the body or milk
Returns are accepted if the product is:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of receiving your order
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund.
3. Not Working As Expected? We’re Here to Help
If your product isn’t performing as it should, our team is ready to help, even if a return isn’t an option. More often than not, the products don't work as well as you expected due to a lack of knowledge on how to use them. So we are here to help!

If we can’t resolve the issue, we’ll offer a replacement to make sure you’re getting the full benefit of your purchase.
