1. Eligibility
- Returns and refunds are only available to customers who can provide proof of purchase from Supermama Lab Philippines or its authorized retailers.
- We do not accept returns for products purchased outside the Philippines.
- Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Items
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with the seal intact.
- All parts and accessories must be complete and remain in their original plastic packaging.
- Used items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preference or suitability (e.g., "not a good fit for me"), as product experience varies from person to person and does not indicate a defect.

- Refund Processing – Refunds will only be processed after the defective item is returned, inspected, and approved for a refund.
