What payment options do you offer?

We're happy to provide flexible payment options for our customers. Currently, we process all our payments through Maya, an online payment gateway trusted by over 15,000 businesses.

With Hitpay, you can make your payments using credit/ debit cards (on the Visa or MasterCard network), and GCash. 

Please choose the payment option that suits your needs during checkout.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes we do, our products come with a limited 12-month warranty.

You simply have to keep you with your proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) so that we know when you bought our products and what your order number was. 

My product is faulty or damaged. Can I get a replacement?

Your satisfaction is our mission! Buy with confidence, because we've got your back! Please contact us via email (care@supermamalab.com.ph), Instagram, or Facebook and let us know.

We run a nationwide virtual service centre (this means we do not have a physical service centre). This means that we can serve you from the comforts of your home.

We offer replacements for defective or faulty products & parts and do not repair them. Faulty parts will be picked up by our designated courier at a later date. 

How long will delivery take?

Our products are readily stocked and we ship them from Ninjavan's warehouse in the Cabuyao, Laguna.

We offer same-day delivery for addresses in Metro Manila & Laguna for a fee; you can choose this option during check out.

Otherwise, these are the standard delivery times (in business days) for orders made on our website (Shopee & Lazada delivery times may differ). 

  • 1-3 days for Metro Manila
  • 3-5 days for Luzon
  • 5-7 days Visayas
  • 5-10 days for Mindanao

Where do you ship to?

With the help of our logistics partner, Ninjavan, we ship to anywhere in the Philippines!

If you are based outside of the Philippines, what our customers have commonly done is to have friends or family in the Philippines (but will be visiting soon) order on their behalf.
