Same-day delivery (Mon-Sat, excl. public holidays:
i) ₱280 for Metro Manila (Daily cut-off at 3pm)
ii) ₱480 for delivery to Bulacan, Rizal & Cavite (Daily cut-off at 12pm)

Standard delivery via Ninjavan
i) Flat delivery fee of ₱180, but free for orders above ₱1,000
ii) Delivery time (in business days) is

• 2-3 for Metro Manila
• 3-5 for Luzon
• 5-7 Visayas
• 5-10 for Mindanao

😊 1-year local warranty (replace only; no repairs)
😊 No need to visit a service centre. Warranty claims will be processed via IG/ FB
😊 Replacements (if necessary) will be delivered to you free-of-charge nationwide

Wipe regularly with wet tissue or damp cloth for general cleanliness.

Eligibility: Returns & refunds must be initiated within 7 days after delivery with proof of purchase from Supermama Lab Philippines. 

Condition:

• Breastfeeding & Hygiene Products (e.g. pumps, milk warmers, flanges): Not returnable once opened or used due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  
  
• Non-Hygiene Products (e.g. storage bags, cooler bags): Returnable if unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
